You better forget about creatine and workouts
In your situation I wouldn"t need to consider my situation twice, I am afraid that everything is already clear. I know what I am talking about because I used to be a personal trainer of fitness for several years. I realize that this is not a piece of good news for you, but that is just the fact you have to face. You cannot worry about that forever. You have to accept your situation. You just got a bad injury, which was not your fault, nor the fault of the rival who fouled you on the pitch. From what you have described, it was more less like a fatal coincidence. I believe that you should try and find something else to do, something from a different branch. Sport is very important to many people, but this is not the most important thing on earth. Injuries are there and people suffer from them, that"s natural course of things. In my opinion, besides football you should also forget about any workouts in the gym. and what follows, you shouldn"t take creatine any longer. Creatine is a supplement of diet that helps your organism deal with greater amounts of physical activities. Now, as a less active person you should stop with creatine and workouts. Your organism is just not strong enough to tackle all those things.
